Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, That an Act to constitute the town of Kershaw a separate school district, and to authorize the levy and collection of a special tax therein, for the purpose of maintaining one or more graded public schools in said town, be, and the same is hereby, repealed, together with all Acts amendatory thereto.

Approved the 17th Day of February, A.D. 1900.
