An Act to Amend Section 229b of an Act Entitled "An Act to Amend the General Statutes, Relating to the Assessment and Collection of Taxes for School Purposes, and to Add Two New Sections, to be Known as Sections 229a and 229b," Approved December 24th, 1890.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, That section 229b of an Act entitled "An Act to amend the General Statutes relating to the assessment and collection of taxes for school purposes, and to add two new sections, to be known as sections 229a and 229b," approved December 24th, 1890, be, and the same is hereby, stricken out, and the following inserted in lieu thereof, to wit:

"Section 229b. The County Auditor, when he has completed the tax duplicates, shall report to the County Superintendent of Education by school districts the names listed for poll tax and the amount of taxable property when there is a special levy."

Approved the 17th Day of February, A.D. 1900.
