An Act to Repeal an Act Entitled "An Act to Create a Separate School District from Portions of Laurens and Greenville Counties, Including the Town of Princeton in Laurens County," Approved December 24th, 1892.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, That an Act entitled “An Act to create a separate school district from portions of Laurens and Greenville Counties, including the town of Princeton in Laurens County,” approved December 24th, A. D. 1892, be, and the said Act is hereby, repealed.

Sec. 2. That the Treasurers of Laurens and Greenville Counties be authorized to refund the taxes collected from the taxpayers in said school district which remain unexpended at the time of the passage of this Act.
