An Act to Determine the Persons Entitled to the Priveleges of the School District of Cheraw.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, That from and after the passage of this Act no pupil shall be admitted into the Public Graded School of the School District of Cheraw without paying tuition fees, unless said pupil has been a bona fide resident of said school district for ninety days prior to admission into said school.

Sec. 2. That all Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed.
