Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, That an Act entitled "An Act to create a special school district within the township of Seneca, in Oconee County, to be known as the Seneca Graded School District, and to authorize the levy and collection of a local tax therein," approved December 24th, 1887, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.

Sec. 2. That this Act shall take effect from and after the first day of January, A. D. 1894, and not sooner.
