A Joint Resolution to Appropriate the Sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars to Complete the Erection and Equipment of Clemson Agricultural College.

Whereas, It is highly desirable and important to complete and equip Clemson Agricultural College in time for opening the same to the youths of the State the ensuing Spring; therefore,

Section 1. Be it resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, That the sum of fifty thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated for the completion and equipment of Clemson Agricultural College, the said sum to be paid by the State Treasurer, out of any funds not otherwise appropriated, to the Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of Clemson Agricultural College, on the application of the President of the said Board of Trustees, on the warrant of the Comptroller-General.
