Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, That an Act entitled "An Act to provide for the establishment of a new school district in Clarendon County, and to authorize the issue of bonds by said school district and the levy of a local tax therein," approved December 24th, A. D. 1891, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
