Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, That an Act entitled "An Act to provide for the establishment of a new school district in Anderson County, and for the levying and collecting of a special tax therein," approved December 15th, 1885, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.

Sec. 2. That this Act shall not go into effect until January 1st, 1891.
