An Act to Authorize the Levy of a Special School Tax for School District No. 9, Fairfield County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, That the levy of one and one-half mills on all the taxable property of School District No. 9, Fairfield County, is hereby authorized as a special school tax, in addition to the taxes now allowed by law, for the benefit of the public schools in said School District, and the County Auditor is hereby authorized to levy, and the County Treasurer to collect, the same in the manner provided by law.

In the Senate House, the seventeenth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven.
