State of South Carolina,
Barnwell County.

To the Honorable the Secretary of State:

In obedience to the requirements of the Acts of the General Assembly, I beg leave to report that I have granted a charter of incorporation to Edward Cantwell, Henry Wolf, Mrs. K. R. Hagood, J. S. Lynes, I. L. Tobin, W. P. Wilcox, W. F. Googe, H. C. Dickinson, W. A. All, Jr., H. M. Goodson. That the date of said charter of incorporation is February, 1886. The name of said corporation is Allendale High School. The purposes for which it is incorporated are educational. The names of its corporators are Edward Cantwell, Mrs. K. R. Hagood, J. S. Lynes, I. L. Tobin, W. P. Wilcox, AV. F. Googe, H. C. Dickinson, W. A. All, Jr., H. M. Goodson. Its principal place of business is Allendale, South Carolina, and the amount of its capital stock is twenty-five hundred dollars.
