SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, That on and after the passage of this Act, all school officers, not County School Commissioners, who are required by law to present annual reports to the State Superintendent of Education, shall present them to the School Commissioner of their respective Counties, to be embraced in his annual report. SEC. 2. That it shall be the duty of all County School Commissioners receiving reports as provided in the preceding Section of this Act, to incorporate them with their own annual reports to the State Superintendent of Education, so that the annual reports of the County School Commissioner shall contain the school statistics of the entire County. SEC. 3. That all Acts or parts of Acts, inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be and the same are hereby repealed.
