Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, That an Act entitled “An Act to prevent the sale of spirituous liquors within one mile of any church, school house or college within this State, approved March 18, 1878, be, and the same is hereby, repealed, so far as it refers to the Counties of Georgetown and Richland.
