An Act to Amend an Act Entitled "An Act to Vest in the Camden Orphan Society and in Other Charitable Societies Therein Mentioned the Escheated Property Therein Mentioned," Passed 21st December, 1799.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, That Section 15 of an Act entitled “An Act to vest in the Camden Orphan Society and in other charitable societies therein mentioned the escheated property therein mentioned,” passed on the twenty-first day of December, 1799, be amended by striking out the word “fifty” from the fourth line of said Section, where it occurs after the word “exceeding,” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “one hundred.”
