Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, That an Act entitled "An Act to provide for the establishment of a school in the State Penitentiary," approved March 13th, 1872, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
