An Act to Prevent the Sale of Spiritous Liquors Within Three Miles of Williamston Female College, Anderson County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, That from and after the passage of this Act, should any person whomsoever sell or expose for sale any spirituous liquor, under any pretense whatsoever, within three miles of Williamston Female College, Anderson County, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction thereof, be sentenced to a fine of not less than fifty dollars and imprisonment in the County jail for a term of not less than sixty days.

SEC. 2. All Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions herein contained are hereby repealed.
