The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That at the annual election next ensuing for school commissioners of the town of Concord, and annually thereafter, there shall be elected one commissioner in each of the four wards of said town by the qualified voters of their respective wards.

Sec. 2. That all laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed,

Sec. 3. That this Act shall be in force from and after its ratification.

Ratified this the 28th day of February, A.D. 1895.
