An Act to Provide Funds for the Completion of the Agricultural and Mechanical College, Colored.

Public Laws and Resolutions of the State of North Carolina Passed in 1893 - Pages 206-207.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That the sum of five thousand dollars per year for the yesrs of eighteen hundred and ninety-three and eighteen hundred and ninety-four is hereby appropriated from funds in the public treasury of this state not otherwise appropriated for the purpose of completing, erecting and furnishing said building for the use of the North Carolina Agricultural and Mechanical College for the colored race.

Sec. 2. That this Act shall be in force from and after its ratification.

Ratified the 3d day of March, A.D. 1893.
