An Act to Remove the Colored Normal School Now Located in Warrenton, Warren County, to Franklinton, Franklin County.

Public Laws and Resolutions of the State of North Carolina Passed in 1893 - Page 45.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That the State Board of Education are hereby directed to remove the normal school for the colored race now located at Warrenton, Warren County, and re-establish it at Franklinton, Franklin County: Provided, the citizens of Franklinton shall furnish or cause to be furnished suitable buildings in which to conduct the exercises of said school.

Sec. 2. That this Act shall be in force from and after its ratification.

Ratified the 20th day of January, A.D. 1893.
