An Act to Prohibit the Manufacture and Sale of Spirituous Liquors Within Three Miles of Clyde Academy in Haywood County.

Public Laws of the State of North Carolina Passed in 1891 - Page 603.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture, sell or give away any spirituous, vinous or malt liquors within three miles of Clyde Academy in Haywood County.

Sec. 2. That any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined or imprisoned in the discretion of the court.

Sec. 3. That this Act shall be in force from and after its ratification.

Ratified the 9th day of March, A.D. 1891.
