This Act was duplicated as Chapter 278, ratified on March 7th, on Page 284 of the 1889 Public Laws.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That chapter one hundred and sixty of the laws of one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven, ratified the second day of March, 1887, be and the same is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. That this Act shall be in force from and after its ratification.

Ratified the 5th day of March, A.D. 1889.
