An Act for the Relief of Certain Citizens of Rowan County.

Public Laws of the State of North Carolina Passed in 1887 - Pages 368-369.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That all the citizens of the white race entitled by law to the benefit of the public school fund, living and resident within one and a half miles of Thyatira Church, in Rowan County, be and they are hereby allowed and permitted to use and enjoy that portion of the public school fund apportioned to them by law for the payment of tuition and other expenses in attendance at Thyatira Academy, in Rowan County.

Sec.2. That this Act shall be in force from and after its ratification.

In the general assembly read three times, and ratified this the 2d day of March, A.D. 1887.
