An Act to Amend Chapter Sixteen of the Private Laws of One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy and Seventy-One.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That section one of chapter sixteen (16), private laws of one thousand eight hundred and seventy and seventy-one, be amended by adding the names, John W. Brabble, James W. Dawson, James C. Ormond, in lieu of the names of Willibee Ferrebee, Joseph M. Caho and John J. Brabble.

Sec. 2. This Act shall be in force from and after its ratification.

In the general assembly read three times, and ratified this the 12th day of March, A.D. 1883.
