Resolutions Concerning the North Carolina Insitution for the Deaf and Dumb and the Blind.

1865-1866 Public Laws: Resolutions

Public Laws of the State of North Carolina Passed in 1865-66 - Pages 11-12.

Resolved, That the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Institution for the Deaf and Dumb and the Blind, be requested to resume the regular exercises of the Institution on the first day of January, in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.

Resolved, That His Excellency, W. W. Holden, Provisional Governor [left office on 12/15], be requested to furnish such funds as may be absolutely necessary for the support of the Institution during the continuance of the Provisional Government.

Ratified the 16th day of December, 1865.
