An Act to Amend an Act Incorporating the Pittsboro Academy.

Acts Passed by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina 1835 - Page 63.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the Act incorporating the Pittsboro Academy be so amended, and is hereby amended, so as to authorize the remaining trustees of the same to fill any vacancies which have heretofore occurred, or may hereafter occur in the board of trustees of the said academy, by electing such number of trustees as they may deem essential to the interests of the said institution.

Read three times and ratified in General Assembly,
this 22d day of December, 1835.
