An Act to Authorize the Trustees of the Salisbury Academy to Raise by Way of Lottery Ten Thousand Dollars.

Acts Passed by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina 1825 - Page 83.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of North Carolina, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the trustees of the Salisbury Academy be, and they are hereby authorized to raise, by way of Lottery, the sum of ten thousand dollars; and that this Act be in force from and after the ratification thereof.

Read three times and ratified in General Assembly
this 4th day of January, 1826
