An Act to Amend an Act, Entitled "An Act to Establish a Seminary of Learning in the Town of Fayetteville, and to Amend the Law for the Regulation of the Towns of Fayetteville and Hillsborough."

Be it enacted, That the trustees of Fayetteville Academy, or a majority of them, when met, may, in the absence of the President of the said trustees, appoint one of their body to act in his place pro tempore. And the acts of the board of trustees aforesaid, with such President pro tempore, shall have all the force and validity of their acts when the President himself shall be present.
