North Carolina Delegates to the U.S. Congress

8th U.S. Congress (1803-1805)

The 8th U.S. Congress met in two sessions: 1) October 17, 1803 to March 27, 1804; and 2) November 5, 1804 to March 3, 1805.

Due to the results of the 1800 U.S. Census, North Carolina was now authorized to send twelve (12) delegates to the U.S. House of Representatives. All North Carolina Districts were redrawn as of March 3, 1803.
