North Carolina Delegates to the U.S. Congress

78th U.S. Congress (1943-1945)

The 78th U.S. Congress met in two sessions: 1) January 6, 1943 to December 21, 1943; and 2) January 10, 1944 to December 19, 1944.

Due to the results of the 1940 U.S. Census, North Carolina was authorized to send twelve (12) delegates to the U.S. House of Representatives. All North Carolina Districts were redrawn and renumbered as of January 3, 1943.
