The 65th U.S. Congress met in three sessions: 1) April 2, 1917 to October 6, 1917; 2) December 3, 1917 to November 21, 1918; and 3) December 2, 1918 to March 3, 1919. A Special Session was convened from March 5th to March 16th in 1917.
