North Carolina Delegates to the U.S. Congress

3rd U.S. Congress (1793-1795)

The 3rd U.S. Congress met in two sessions: 1) December 2, 1793 to June 9, 1794; and 2) November 3, 1794 to March 3, 1795. A Special Session was held on March 4, 1793.

Due to the results of the 1790 U.S. Census, North Carolina was now authorized to send ten (10) delegates to the U.S. House of Representatives. All North Carolina Districts were redrawn as of March 4, 1793.
