North Carolina Delegates to the U.S. Congress

39th U.S. Congress (1865-1867)

The 39th U.S. Congress met in two sessions: 1) December 4, 1865 to July 28, 1866; and 2) December 3, 1866 to March 4, 1867. A Special Session was convened from March 4th to March 11th in 1865.

Since North Carolina had seceded from the Union, no U.S. Congress delegates were elected. North Carolina continued to send delegates to the Confederate Congress.
