The 25th U.S. Congress met in three sessions: 1) September 4, 1837 to October 16, 1837; 2) December 4, 1837 to July 9, 1838; and 3) December 8, 1838 to March 3, 1839. A Special Session was convened from March 4th to March 10th in 1837.
