North Carolina Delegates to the U.S. Congress

13th U.S. Congress (1813-1815)

The 13th U.S. Congress met in three sessions: 1) May 24, 1813 to August 2, 1813; 2) December 6, 1813 to April 18, 1814; and 3) September 19, 1814 to March 3, 1815.

Due to the results of the 1810 U.S. Census, North Carolina was now authorized to send thirteen (13) delegates to the U.S. House of Representatives. All North Carolina Districts were redrawn as of March 3, 1813.
