North Carolina Delegates to the U.S. Congress

108th Congress (2003-2004)

The 108th U.S. Congress met in two sessions: 1) January 7, 2003 to December 8, 2003; and 2) January 20, 2004 to December 9, 2004.

Due to the results of the 2000 U.S. Census, North Carolina was authorized to send thirteen (13) delegates to the U.S. House of Representatives. All North Carolina Districts were redrawn and renumbered as of January 3, 2003.
