An Act to Amend an Act Entitled "An Act to Amend an Act Entitled, "Militia," Passed at the Present Session of the General Assembly.

Public Laws of the State of North Carolina Passed in 1862-1863 - Page 19.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the said Act be amended by inserting in the 5th line of Section 3, between the words "State" and "courts," the words "supreme" and "superior."

Sec. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall be in force from and after its ratification.

Ratified the 11th day of February, 1863.
