(1) Scott E. Thomas resigned his seat on January 18, 2006, reason not known. C.W. Bland was appointed on February 1, 2006 to replace him.
(2) Hamilton C. Horton died on January 31, 2006. William B. Miller was appointed on March 8, 2006 to replace him, but he too resigned on May 29, 2006. Peter Samuel Brunstetter was appointed on May 30, 2006 to replace him.
