North Carolina in the 1900s

North Carolina State Senate

1967

This General Assembly met from February 8th to July 6th in 1967.

The 1966 NC Legislature reworked the Senate districts once again and they went back to the thirty-three (33) districts that had been in effect since 1923 - with all districts changing their county makeup except for District #10 and District #24. This took effect for this General Assembly.

The number of Senators remained at fifty (50).
